Agent connect issue

Cant connect agent

Description:
Even though it seems agent registered I cant connect the agent. It says choose an available agent when I select an agent it says choose an available agent. But my agent is already available. I can see the green permissions. It says it is registered

Agent Version:
5.45.

Expected Result:
Expecting the connect the agent.

Actual Result:
It says Please select an available agent

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the agent page.
  2. Click on the ‘Select an Agent’ button. (I can see the agent registered)
  3. It shows error

check this 2 places and stop the current active agent if found.

update to the new version? My current uxer is 5.45.
Try contact their support if nothing is working.

There are couple of things to try.

  1. Could you please unregister and then register again?
  2. Could you please refresh the token again?

Will there be another update to Uxer?
I think apple is doing something with their security and is blocking Uxer.
