Cant connect agent

Even though it seems agent registered I cant connect the agent. It says choose an available agent when I select an agent it says choose an available agent. But my agent is already available. I can see the green permissions. It says it is registered

Expecting the connect the agent.
Actual Result:
It says Please select an available agent
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to the agent page.
- Click on the ‘Select an Agent’ button. (I can see the agent registered)
- It shows error
