Yes, i manage to reset de pass and login BUT now my agent is not connecting. In the right corner where the agent is “Agent Registered” is swiching colors from registered to register agent…seams that is not connecting to the gateaway ?
It is about agent registration. You need to re-register again.
what you need to do is click “unregister” on the agent it self, and then go to browser, refresh the page and click register on the browser.
Hy Zekeriya, i have deleted the agent from my computer, then restart de pc, afeter that delet de agent from uxer, then reinstall de agent and unregister de agent. Refresh the browse and register again the agent and it worked.
