If You Are Using Avast or AVG Antivirus Software
You may receive a warning identifying our agent asidp.generic

- Alternatively, temporarily disable your antivirus until Uxer is installed.
Note: You will need to repeat this process for each Uxer update.

In Some Cases, You May Need to Terminate the Uxer Agent via Task Manager
- Open Task Manager.
- Locate the Uxer agent process.
- End the process and try registering the agent again.
